"Tolles Aparthotel, sehr nettes Personal, persönliche Betreuung, tolles Essen. Wir haben einen erholsamen Urlaub genossen. Borovetz ist im Sommer zum Wandern empfehlenswert sowie das schöne Hotel."

"Decent hotel, close to the ski slopes. It's not exceptionally fancy but the SPA area was nice and the apartment was spacious and comfortable"

"Nothing beats Pamporovo after a good snowfall. Hotel is right next to the ski slopes. Amazing experience."

"Predala Lux - 2 bedroom apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Beds and linen were very comfortable after a days skiing. Kitchen had all necessary items and a dishwasher. Pool, sauna and steam room was a great addition and perfect for a relax. Ate at the restaurant which was ok but nothing special. Would recommend going into town for dinner. Did not eat breakfast there as it starts at 07:30 and we had to be at the gondola queue before 08:00 to get to our ski lessons on time. The only down...

"Odalar gayet iyi temiz ve kullanışlı. Konum olarak gondola lift e alışveris yerlerine ve restorant lara çok yakın. Kahvaltı gayet yeterli. Aile ve arkadaşlarınızla geçirebileceğiniz bir tatil için fiyat performans oranı bizce gayet başarılı bir tesis"

"Great parking. Small ski rental shop on premises. Employees easy to deal with when around. Wifi was terrible. Pool spa area and locker room smelled and seemed unclean. Gym has very old equipment"

"Güleryüz'le personeli ve sıcak ortamı ile gayet ideal bir otel. Kayak pistlerine yakınlığı ise büyük bir avantaj."

"Lovely apartment 2 minutes from Gondola . We slept 5 adults in it comfortably .i would recommend booking , we will be coming back ."

"Whilst further out of the centre than say the Flora, easily walkable and accommodation is clean and very warm. Thoroughly recommend the location. Feedback and local support also very good."

"Ailemle gittim , 2 yıldır üst üste gidiyoruz. Konum ve şartları çok yeterli. Resepsiyon çok yardımcı oldu. Giriş saatinden önce ofaları hazırlayıp verdiler. Özellikle resepsiyondaki hanımefendi her konuda çok yardımcı oldu."
