Picturesque location. It’s close to town but you feel like you are in the country. We didn’t leave the property. Between the waterfront, ATV, fire pit, covered porch, lush green yard and game room, everyone found something they enjoyed! We can’t wait to book again."

"The property is located on Kettle Cove on Sebago Lake. It is in a no wake zone for it is perfect for kayaking. The covered dock is perfect for meals and for viewing lake activity. "Great place very convenient to everything!! House was beautiful. Perfect for our group of 20. We had a few adults (50-60) and mostly people 21-30. Rooms were very nice and quiet. Great kitchen and eat in dining area. Great outdoor area for lawn games, fire and jacuzzi. Reservation and check-in was easy and the host was easy to deal with. "

It’s just five minutes from Sebago Lake State Park, where we took full advantage of the boat ramp and beach several times during our stay.
