"We had the best time at this house. The pool was perfect, the firepit is beautiful, and the hottubs were relaxing. I was lucky enough to bring my dogs with us and they had a blast too. The hosts were amazing and the communication was EXCELLENT! They not only exceeded my expectations, but they also saved our trip as we were canceled on by a different host at a different location. "We stayed while visiting several distilleries in the area. The overall location was perfect driving distance to several major distilleries. Only issue is there is a good amount of road noise, that woke us up every day. Not the best, unless you need to wake up at 5:30am. Dispute the noise, we the home was exactly what we were looking for. "We stayed here for a wedding (Della Mae) and it was very convenient. The house was clean and bigger than expected. The game rooms were really cool and the kids (teens) loved it. The host was super easy to communicate with, accommodating and very responsive. We would have enjoyed staying longer. Highly recommend this place for couples and/or teens if you visit Lawrenceburg. "

"3 Roses Manor is an absolute gem! The house was absolutely amazing and the pictures were spot on. Not only was the house beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean, it was fully stocked for all your needs.
