We chose the option to rent the boat and the kids enjoyed tubing. Colby had great communication from start to finish, which made everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!"

"The property was as advertised. Everything was very clean. The host was accessible and responsive. Simple check in process with clear instructions. The beds were insanely comfortable with wonderful sheets. The host also provided snacks. Wonderful touch. I would have loved to stay longer but my schedule did not permit. The stay was very cozy. It’s a much better option that staying at a hotel. "

"Great little cottage with plenty of space. Beautifully renovated. Nicely but simply equipped kitchen with everything we needed for a short stay. Owner was quick to respond to our needs. Trail to dock was a little longer than anticipated but not too far. Would highly recommend this property. "

"Here is some info for people who want to bring boat. We rented this property for guys weekend. I don't live too far away so I brought a boat. Several of the local ramps are currently closed. The closest open ramp was Old Federal. It's 15-20 minutes from the dock by road and about the same by boat running around 20 MPH. The water at the dock is shallow but I didn't have any issues with my 25' deck boat. Parking the trailer at the house wasn't easy. We ended up backing the trailer into a...

"Loved the space and floor plan. Had a wonderful time with family and friends. I hosted dinner one evening and the space was open and perfect for entertaining. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Patrick was a great communicator and had some great suggestions for our downtime when we were not playing baseball. The lake access was great for the boys to fish, kayak and a peaceful place for morning coffee. I highly recommend staying all around great experience. "

"David was a fantastic host! He was very responsive about the questions that we had and even let us borrow a couple more kayaks to use on the lake! The dock is awesome, the kitchen has lots of utensils, the fire pit outside is the place to be if you looking up at the stars! We ended each night in the theatre room which was a great way to end each day. Thank you David for making our guys’ weekend such a success!"

"Our 1st time on Lake Lanier and this home was ideal for all of our needs to maximize our stay. The views are amazing and everyone enjoyed swimming from the dock. We rented a pontoon boat and being able to tie up at the dock was a huge plus for convenience. Beautiful home with hardwood floors and everything we needed to accommodate our group of 15. "Our family met here for a four generation family reunion. This location had something for everyone - lake access, pool table, plenty of rooms with private restrooms. We had 20 people in our group from 1 yo to 94, and everyone was able to stay comfortably. I highly recommend renting a boat and tube as that was certainly a hit for the several family members. The host is responsive and friendly. Great memories made here!"
