"The property is clean and comfortable. Although the hob and microwave/oven are top of the line it took me 2 days to figure out how to use it. I never mastered the hob or the dishwasher. There were no instructions in the room, but when requested a link was sent to me on WhatsApp for a video. No phone in the room, just use WhatsApp. The bathroom was also clean and modern, but if you use your own toileteries (shampoo & conditioner) the drain could not cope and the bathroom flooded. Drains ok...

"Great apartment worth having the city view. Excellent facilities in the apartment very comfortable with a great settee to make the most of the view.The wellness centre was amazing and able to go almost every day because the opening hours were 5am to 11pm. This is our second time with Adina and will continue to use every time."

"Lovely new hotel! I stayed here during Oktoberfest and the hosts were very nice and accommodating. Loved the spacious room layout and felt right at home here. It was helpful to have a small kitchen for making meals but I really loved the breakfast, too! I appreciated that you could also do your laundry here for a small fee, which helped me a lot. Would definitely stay here again. It's away from the city center and in a quiet safe area and easily reachable via public transit. Thank you so much...

"Bed was comfortable and room was very spacious for us to have both of our suitcases open. Modern shower was a nice comfort to have. Enjoyed that we could do laundry on the property and was easy enough to figure out."

"We spent a week here and it was perfect for our needs. Its an older place but very well kept. There were 3 of us and the big bathroom was a very nice surprise. It was very hot when we arrived but a fan was in the room so that provided some comfort. We utilized the airport transportation and it would have been nice to know that the reception desk would be closed when we had to leave so we had to exit through the attached cafe. Overall, was very pleasant visit and I would stay there again."

"We greatly enjoyed our stay, the room was very spacious and comfortable. Lots of storage options and we really liked the large opening window doors. The kitchen is useful although the sink and counter area is quite limited. Having a grocery store right next door was extremely helpful and well-used. The city centre is accessible with bus/tram then the subway which took a little over 30 minutes but was easy enough. Overall would consider staying again if possible. "

"Location was prime! There is an "honor bar" with food & beverages on the 5th floor we enjoyed discovering. The only minor drawback was no AC, yet we found the staff to be so accommodating and they provided multiple fans. A great value! "

"Conveniently located short distance from Isator stop and walking distance to the town center. Very clean. Air condition would be nice for the hot summer but the fan in the room is adequate. Be aware that the front door requires a very hard yank to open after punching in the access code"

"Comfortable option for a stay to enjoy Munich and explore Bavaria. Easy access to central Munich by public transport and access to wider Bavaria by car for visiting tourist areas. Good grocery, Italian and Indian restaurants as well as cafe. "
