"Dust above the bed hanging from the ceiling, black mold in the caulking (tub). Soap scum in the tub, and hairs that didnt belong to me. Curtains were so thin, the lights were coming through, and partial used rolls of toilet paper to be used if the roll on yhe roller was used up. The door did not meet the door frame, so light was coming in from there. Over all the room was nasty."

"I booked this hotel because of its history, architecture and spa as a mom and daughter getaway.
It lived up to expectations except that staff failed to mention that the Spa was under renovation, that was disappointing.
The room was clean with a small refrigerator and microwave.
The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but ok
We didn’t see much of the staff which was fine with us as we were there for the peace and quiet
We would stay here again but would appreciate honesty if the selling...

"I paid for second level room full in advance but when arrived in the property they gave me a room in main(resort) and when I mentioned that my room was in second they said no it’s in main .. so I guessed it’s fine.
When checking out though, they charged me extra for the resort… why??"

"The room was amazing, and the view facing the falls was absolutely stunning. One of my favorite things was how convenient everything is—you don’t even have to go outside to grab a Timmie’s coffee.
The South Tower has the pool, which is great for easy access. One thing I noticed, though, is that staying on higher floors (like the 21st, which is above the pool level) made the room feel warmer and more humid. So if you’re sensitive to that, you might want to avoid floors above the pool level.

"This hotel was top notch with regards to cleanliness. The room we stayed in (410) had a beautifully renovated washroom/granite walk in shower with a rain shower head. Absolutely lovely!
