"First room they gave me smelled like cigarrete.
I was traveling for more than 15 hours so I didn’t realized till taking a shower and having dinner with my wife.
After that when we came back we realized and tell the receptionist, she was angry because we let them know until that time, she only asked why we did not come with this earlier.
I explained but she only cared about the time and not that the room smelled like cigarrete and we were arguing at 11:00pm.

"Cute and quaint. Close enough to the beach which was a 10 minute walk away. There are no staff in this location so asking for extra towels and toilet paper was awkward but the staff were very helpful and nice. The park for children is right across the street which was great for my 8y old and 6y old but the walls did not have sound proofing so sleeping at night was difficult for a light sleeper such as myself. Loved the town!"

"Please note, the room was simple and clean. The staff were friendly but did not speak much english. There was a small bottle of water, but no coffee or food available onsite. There are no restaurants close by. In the description, it said that there was a shuttle service to/from the airport, but this was not available. "This a nicely appointed accommodation close to the Bari Airport. Frederica greeted us and helped our entry. She was very responsive to our requests. The property is far from downtown but easily accessible by taxi. The Uber is expensive to the airport.
The accommodation is close to the Sea and easy walk"

"I chose that property for its proximity to the airport, availability of airport shuttle, and proximity to the water. The airport is 10 min away from the airport but there is no public transit easily accessible from the property. I was charged 30€ for the shuttle (B&B owners driving me in their car) for less than 10 min drive to the airport because it was an early morning flight. It’s pretty much the same amount I’d pay for a taxi. Somehow the owners did not consider discounting me for not having...

"We regret another reservation of ours could not be completed due to lack of uniform internet. We reserved, therefore, at this establishment as a last minute solution. Please be aware the only window was the door itself. The bed and pillows were among the most uncomfortable we have ever endured. (Lumps.) The location itself is lovely. Yet there is no lobby/reception, so the name of "palazzo" is additionally misleading. Good luck if you must stay here. "

"The property needs some TLC as our room had numerous in-progress drywall repairs and towel bars were pulled from the wall, black stains on the grout in the shower. There was no A/C but luckily we didn't need it too much. The host was congenial and the bed very comfortable. The property is close to the airport.

"No greeting properly. Just sent photos and written letters text but tolerable. No end tables by bed. Shutters did not work. Had to push them up to get out to balcony in which their was towels and sheet drying and a bed cot. Looked like we were sharing a home! Yuk. "
