"The apartment offered a good amount of space for me, my partner, and our child. Although we didn’t end up using the kitchen, it was very clean and appeared to be fully equipped. Both bedrooms were also clean and spacious. "This property was located in a very quiet neighborhood and was very safe. The owners were responsive to our concerns and made sure we were comfortable. The condition of the property itself was ok. The shower has a window that the neighbors can see into, so be prepared for that. There were lots of broken blinds on the windows and it was very obvious the owners were not sinking money into the property to keep it up. "Google Maps does 461 no justice, but FYI, you're right in the middle of bustling, ethnic, college/hospital center North Oakland. A great deal for parents visiting kids at Pitt or Carnegie. Clean. Spacious. Nice amenities. Walkable to many attractions. Alex from 3E was super attentive, in one instance responding in under a minute when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. "
