"The most beautiful property in the area! The river, sunsets, peacefulness, tranquility, and spaciousness of the guest home was a dream. We enjoyed every second of our stay. The host, Robin, is professional and so very kind. This property is well maintained and beautiful. Loved watching the birds and barges going up and down the river. We will visit again here. "The home was well organized, plenty of space and had very comfortable beds ! It was decorated well and had great amenities !!! We would stay again in a heartbeat ! "

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay here from Bill’s attentive and quick responses, to every small accomadation he made to ensure my check in and check out was smooth and in Line with my schedule. The property was spotless and I felt like I was at home! I loved the overall layout of the home and at this point I’m almost ready to move back to Little Rock off of the strength of how wonderful the stay was. I definitely look forward to booking more stays here as I visit Little Rock. "

"We loved the house, decor and location. Although not used, the home provided plenty of toiletries and hygiene products for the guests to use. The location was perfect for our downtown convention. As noted in previous reviews, the house across the street looks like a junkyard. However, the occupants didn’t bother us, but is an eye soar. Also please note that the two twin beds in the sunroom are not separated. It’s actually a daybed that pulls out into a full size bed. So it’s like sharing a bed...
