Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, die Zimmer sauber und ordentlich. Nur die Parkgarage entspricht leider nicht mehr den heutigen Anforderungen. Für grössere Fahrzeuge viel zu eng.

Het is vooral de beleving die het verblijf uniek maakt. De gedachte dat dit schip tot het jaar 2000 dienst heeft gedaan als cruiseschip en heel veel mensen plezier heeft gebracht is fantastisch. Hut was schoon, vriendelijke medewerkers en het ontbijt prima. Parkeerplaats is ook fijn. Hier en daar blijft het onderhoud wel wat achter.

Do not stay here! None of the units have air conditioning. Instead, they use a climate control system that takes several hours to reach the desired temperature. Even after running for hours, it never cools below 24°C (75°F), which makes it completely inadequate during hot weather. We experienced temperatures of 35°C (95°F) in Rotterdam, and the room was unbearably warm. To make matters worse, on our very first day, our entire building was left without water for 24 hours. We couldn't flush the toilet, take a shower, or even use the sinks. I've never experienced anything like that before. The elevator in our building also stopped working on the second day of our stay and was still out of service when we checked out. The room description stated that the curtains were blackout curtains, but they definitely were not. The sunlight came straight into the room early in the morning, waking us up around 6:00 AM every day. We specifically booked a room with a queen-size bed, but the hotel only provides standard double-bed blankets. The blanket was smaller than the bed, meaning one person was always left uncovered. When we asked the staff for a queen-size blanket, assuming it had been a mistake, we were told that they simply do not have blankets that fit the beds and that all of them are the same size. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. There are far too many issues, and the overall experience fell well below expectations.

Amazing location for everything in Rotterdam. Free coffee and filtered water. Comfortable room.

Awesome stay. Close to everything. Would highly recommend.
