Great stay

Nice stay. Good bed, clean room, good shower. location is perfect, literally right next to station. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast great, consistently restocked. Highly recommend.

location!

Hotel was great. Right next to subway stop, easy to walk to old center (20 minutes). Breakfast each morning was great - eggs made to order, ham, cheese, breads, cereal etc. Parking was off site, but easy to find and only 6 euros a day. Highly recommend. Bed was comfortable and staff was very nice.

The room was a good size. Each member of staff was not only friendly, but they truly seemed to take pleasure from helping and giving suggestions as to what to do in the area. Breakfast was a bit small, but it was nice for it to be included.

No lift in the part of the building where my room was, I had to drag my heavy suitcase up a winding staircase. My room overlooked the courtyard where people were smoking so I had to keep the window closed.

First room given had a bad odor and was given a different room . It was right next to the outdoor seating and people would gather in the area and noise would migrate to the room . Also some plumbing problems with toilet … no parking available had to drive to a parking garage - location was close to October fest

Location is good: The north entrances of the Theresienwiese U-Bahn station are VERY close to the hotel. That's a good thing. Here the U4 and U5 lines share the same track. The Hauptbahnhof is one stop away on either line. Breakfast is good: eggs cooked to order. And all the usuals: rolls, jam, cold sliced meat, cheese, yogurt, juices, museli, corn flakes,.. The breakfast staff were very pleasant every morning. Some noise: The church clock bells across the street don't start until 8 A.M., so that's good. Our room being without AC and facing the front, in August we had the windows open and, even though the street wasn't busy, any noise outside was noticeable. Staff pleasant and helpful for the most part: They answered questions, but being a small staff, they didn't let conversations linger when they were busy. The night manager was a little perfunctory when we arrived, showing us the elevator and the breakfast room before returning attention to another matter. Wi-FI Horrible: as of August 2022, from our room we couldn't log into the guest network; we could see it, but the signal strength was too weak. And reception in the common areas was hit and miss. Cleanliness mostly okay: First impressions weren't good when we saw one of the bathroom glasses had faint traces of lipstick. It gave the impression that the cleaning staff took the shortcut of leaving things alone that looked clean, rather then replacing them. Other than that first impression, no complaints.

the bed and the floor mat make me feel itchy

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provide free breakfast every day. The breakfast was good. Others, they have bathtub for bath. But the bed and the floor mat make me feel itchy, my husband and I couldn’t sleep well because of the itchy. Recommended hotel to deep clean the floor mat and bed blanket instead of free breakfast.

Ottimo hotel!

Ottima struttura, pulita e ben gestita. Camere confortevoli, con spazi ben organizzati, letti molto comodi. Completa la colazione, molto cortese il personale, sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra. Sicuramente torneremo!

Our room was small but adequate. The bathroom was rather cramped, but we paid a good rate so it worked out OK. The staff were very good and helpful. They speak English better than we speak German. The breakfast is excellent and makes up for having a smallish room. St. Paul’s church is across the street from the hotel. We had a lovely view of its spires from our 3rd floor window. The clock chimes the quarter hours and the hour, but only between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm. The neighborhood is quiet and quite walkable. We did not have a car so the subway stop nearby was great.

Genau das, was ich mir vorgestellt habe. Kleines Frühstück inclusive mit sehr aufmerksamen Service dort und an der Rezeption , fußläufig viel zu erreichen - und auch die U Bahn vor der Tür. Alles unaufgeregt, freundlich und für meinen Anlass passend.
