"I would have given 5 stars, however with no hot water on the first night and third night I was less than impressed. The receptionist AnnLynn was very helpful and managed to give me a card for a room a couple of blocks away, not perfect but at least I was able to shower after a hot day sightseeing. All staff very helpful. Wonderful grounds and plenty of very pleasant walks."

"There were 4 adults in our group and it was very nice that we all had our own room. We felt safe here with the secure location. The instructions to enter and leave the property were very good and easy to follow. David was very responsive to any questions that I had. We all had a nice and comfortable stay."

"The guests were unable to contact the host were not able to check in at the indicated time, no one available to speak to. They had to find alternative accommodation. Unacceptable and unprofessional service. Reading previous messages yesterday the date of the stay the host had said the dates were not available and yet payment was taken in full. I am requesting a full refund."

"First, Caroline (on-site supervisor) couldn’t have been more kind and attentive. The unit was very basic accommodations, like a budget hotel. Specifically, beds are on the lower quality end, to the extent that one of them had to be modified with extra comforters. Bunratty is a small village, but the area is beautiful, with easy motorway access, and the restaurants and service are fantastic. We travelled by car with Bunratty being the central point. "The property was clean and tidy. The beds had clean sheets and there were enough towels for everyone in our group. The washrooms were stocked with toilet paper. We had some difficulty operating the shower in the master bedroom (could just be that we were from another country and we have different types of showers). The other shower worked just fine. There was a lovely enclosed backyard that would be perfect for small children to play or just eat outside. The check in process was relatively easy...

"There is plenty of space, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, for a family of six to stay here comfortably. But what we found interesting was it was a little sparse on the basics like towels, dishes, cups, etc. The maximum amount of people are six. We were only each given one towel no extra hand towels, no face cloths.Some of the standard table settings there were only six no more so if you wanted to use two glasses at dinner, you had to wash one to use it again. No dual beverages at dinner ha ha...
