"Clean, cozy, welcoming place! Kathryn was a very gracious and accommodating host. She provided to-go breakfasts when we had to leave early one morning, and served a delicious hot breakfast on our other morning there. This property is located in a residential neighborhood, and is very quiet. I can't recommend it enough!"

"The day we checked in and as we almost made it to our room, the fire alarm went off. With luggage in hand we ran down the stairs and found the outdoor exit with another guest. We made our way to the front of the building and learned it was a false alarm, thank goodness. Anyway, fun times :-) The staff is wonderful and kind. Breakfast was wonderful with optoons to have omelets made the way you want, and pancakes too. Our room was clean and quite. Overall, great stay."

"Hotels in Anchorage are very expensive and run down. This property is newer and in very good to excellent condition. It's not a walkable location but otherwise it has all you're looking for. There's a nice restaurant within 2 minutes walk from the hotel with great food and drinks. "

"Checked in one day early for our cruise, on our own. The second night was booked thru Celebrity. The front desk was able to accommodate us by not having to switch rooms. Excellent customer service overall and great location for walking and touring the city. Thank you."
