"Cubs/Cards weekend. The hotel was jammed. The staff were smiling and pleasant. Front desk very fast and helpful. Our room was utterly silent and dark. Cool and calm after days of fun. Just FYI: might need a new mattress in 529 because there is a canyon in the middle. Too many obese guests I guess??? "All the staff, as soon as we walked in the door, was friendly and helpful. The person checking us in asked us about what we were doing and our travel. I thought that was super nice. The room was everything we needed for our one night stay. This was our 2nd or 3rd time staying at this hotel. This time there wasn't any fruit in the water in the lobby but we will look over that. 😀 my kids loved the fruit in the water the last time we stayed. "We came with family and friends to a baseball game. This was close enough to the ballpark and was in a quiet area. Had to park near the facility for a short walk. Friendly staff and clean location. The room was nice, bed was very comfortable for both of us, shower was nice, good water pressure. Had coffee in the morning did not get breakfast but was available and cost extra. Didn’t visit the bar, pool or exercise area but was available. Would recommend this place. "
