"We liked that the hotel had valet parking, which made it easier than trying to find a spot to park. We drove a larger van, and trying to find a spot to park would have been hard. The hotel had a great pool and hot tub. The rooms were great, clean and comfortable. "

"My parents (both over 65 yrs old) car broke down and needed to stay for the night at check in their guest clerk was excellent. Help them with everything they needed to know for the night. When it was time to check out hotel clerk made them a little goodie bag for the road. I work for Hyatt and I tell you. You don’t need to go to a big 5 start hotel to get great service. "

"Secure parking was great. The road construction around the building was terrible but Pear Tree can't control that. The roads of St.Louis are in bad shape but the infrastructure of America is in bad shape. The hotel was very nice and comfortable. "

"Nice and convenient for a night with the family. Staff was pleasant and the hotel was super busy but overall well-kept despite the crowd. Would recommend!"

"We were visiting St. Louis for the weekend and this hotel was perfect. The price was great and we had plenty of room in our suite. The kids enjoyed the pool and the breakfast buffet in the morning was very nice. We were only 15 minutes from downtown and it was easy to get to. For the amount of money we saved it was totally worth it. Will stay here again!"

"The view from the room of the Arch was fantastic! And even the pool- you could see it through the windows. There were 3 elevators and only 2 worked most of the days. And out of those 2, only 1 went to breakfast. So keep that in mind if you stay - don’t wait to go to breakfast. The staff was friendly and gave recommendations which were good. And the rooms were nice and clean!"

"Our three days were magical as our stay was to celebrate my husband’s 82nd birthday. Although all the staff was great, Anne at the front desk was exceptional! I had the opportunity to see her interactions with various visitors while I was sitting in the lobby and her attention to make everyone feel special with a huge smile and professionalism. Please let her know it was noticed. "
