When I arrived for check-in, the employee did not clearly explain how to get to the first floor or where to take the elevator, which made the arrival confusing. "A better breakfast would help. The same architecture in each and every room, with really poor ventilation in the loo make the facility "cheesy", and cheap. Staff are OK, however, likely underpaid and under appreciated. Opening the windows to air the room between guests, or at least once a week might help."

"The hotel is very nice and well located as an overnight near the airport however there were a few issues worth noting. First the booking website mentioned a free airport shuttle but what it fails to mention is it is only free from the airport to the hotel. They charge 5 euros for the return to the airport and you have to book ahead. That was not helpful for us who were using the hotel as an overnight before flying home. Second, the staff made quite a point of the roof top bar when we arrived...

"The stay was relatively nice but for my two night stay, my bathtub was not cleaned after our first night. I let the front desk staff know at checkout and their response was just "Okay." no apology or request for how they could compensate me for the inconvenience. The pictures for the spa on the website showed people in robes, but no robes are provided, neither were towels. I think the expectation was that we use the towels from our room. The staff were quite friendly at check-in."

"Nice hotel in a great location and very reasonably priced. We found the staff very helpful, and we would definitely return. Two points lead to a slightly lower rating - firstly, the only sideboard surface space in our room was slatted so anything small fell through it. You get used to it after a while but to us this was a silly and frustrating room interior design fault. Secondly, you have to rent bikes from the hotel per calendar day - if you want to hire bikes from 5pm one day until 5pm...
