We complained and they offered to switch us but it was late by then and I have small kids so the idea of changing rooms at that point wasn’t worth it for the night. One of the beds was literally up against the air conditioner and we realized the smell might be coming from there overnight. None of us slept. I found a wet used diaper under the sofa bed. It was gross! My daughter slipped and fell by the pool, which was ice cold....

"Impossible to sleep due to deafening street noise I had a terrible stay here and got almost zero sleep. To be fair, the hotel room itself and the staff are not the problem—they were perfectly fine. The issue is entirely the hotel's location and a severe lack of soundproofing. Motorists were zooming past the hotel the entire night. "When we got there the elevator was out of service which we were not told about until after we checked in. With 5 prosthetics in my body that was not good. I had also called two weeks in advance asking for a bottom floor room also close to an exit for our dog. The woman who checked us in was also the same woman I had spoken too weeks before (3/times) put us on the 2nd floor opposite side of the building of the doggy area. After begging with her how not happy we were with our accommodations. She...

"The bathroom needs to be updated not the nicest looking bathroom a lot of rust and mildew.. the staff were great very nice and accommodating to everyone..the breakfast wasn’t bad wish they had a ice machine all the ice machines were down and no water included in the breakfast.. outdoor pool was dirty the water was very cloudy a lot of things floating in it we stood for 3 days and used the pool once because it was dirty."

"The stay would have been better had it not been for a blackout that lasted for multiple hours. We were told we could get a full refund if we chose to leave however there was no compensation if we chose to stay. I was in the process of leaving after going up and down 4 flights of steps when the power came back on close to 11pm. I was too tired to drive home and afraid the weather could impact the drive so once the power came back I stayed. You would think the hotel would have a back up generator...
