"The hotel is in heart of the Innsbruck historic district. It is a very well kept property with extremely good customer service. All the good food places were an easy walk. "We had en excellent stay arriving with train, the hotel is close to the station. Earlier checkin than 4 was not negotiable but we enjoyed the town meanwhile and when we got the room our expectations were overall succeeded. Great bed and linen, spacious room and great view of the city and mountains. "I only stayed one night on my way to the Dolomites but would happily go back. There’s a large car park but there’s also an underground car park where I was able to securely park my motorcycle for the night, as did two other motorcyclists and a large group of cyclists. "We loved our stay here. The property is situated far away enough from the centre to be quiet, but close enough to have a nice walk into the city. A shopping centre is only a 5 minute walk away which is convenient. The hotel itself was very clean and the facilities were excellent. Staff were very helpful and there is parking just around the corner which was also very convenient. "

"Wir bekamen ein Upgrade für Zimmer im neuen Haus. Die Zimmer sind äußerst großzügig und verfügen über viel Stauraum, die Betten sind ausgesprochen gut! Ansonsten: Toller Pool, sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück. Immer wieder gerne!"

"When I got there early, the staff who helped me to set up my check in process(12:30) was fine, it was the one who handed me the room key at 15:00 making me feel unwelcome. Sometimes you just know the body language of people even though you don’t understand what they were saying in their language. She was making a comment to the other hotel employee at another counter in by just moving the lips and the other lady was laughing. I think that was very rude. "
