"Difficult check in and very poor communication when I needed help. The couches were stained and not enough toilet paper was provided. One of the bidets did not work all together. Someone entered our room while we were out and left 2 large laundry bags on the floor. Hotel reached out and stated we left the bags behind when it wasn’t ours. This was pretty concerning as we don’t know who entered our room."
