"A central elevator was out of service forcing a longer walk to another at the side of the building. I thought it was odd to still see signs claiming vending was available on my floor when it was not, more unnecessary walking.
Room was clean and decent with plenty of food choices surrounding the hotel, I walked to the adjoining taco themed restaurant for an excellent quesadilla and would recommend."

"Reservation was easy through website, upon arrival I was greeted by the front desk clerk who a very pleasant voice when you are so very tired. I was checked in expeditiously, and informed of all the amenities including breakfast times. Went up to my room extremely clean, already cooling down (which is a perk these days) well stocked and I felt a little hungry. They have a little store with some frozen foods, snacks and sundries. Overall a very good stay, I will use this hotel in futur travels."

"I was disappointed when they only had lavender shampoo because of an allergy to lavender. I went and asked the staff downstairs if they had any generic shampoo or shampoo like without lavender, even for sale. They said that’s the only shampoo they carry. They told us the pillows did not have feathers because of an allergy we can have them in our room however we found three pillows with feathers.. when we checked in Jam was super helpful.
Found this hotel to be adequate. And in a good location....

"It was in west memphis so we had to take a taxi to go to graceland and the airport was 20 30 minutes recommend The taxi what the hotel used Kumar by the desk was so friendly and come in time and very helpfull did not know what to do without him staff was helpfull and room was clean .there is a casino nearby"
