"Rooms are clean but bedding needs improvement. Pillows seem old and mattresses as well. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is not very good. Options very limited and often running out of food."

"Stains all throughout hallways. Bathroom missing towel bars which were ripped out of the wall. No one at front desk for 10-20 minutes at check in. The whole place could use a good cleaning."

Standing on the street in an area where there were multiple homeless people who were clearly drug dependent did not feel at all safe.
