"This hotel is a real vibe - from the rooftop pool, to the Friday afternoon happy hour at the rooftop bar. The location is primo - right behind Howard Smith Wharves where there are plenty of dining and drinking options. Also close to Fortitude Valley and CBD - both in walking distance. The only thing I didn’t like was not enough lighting in the bathroom for makeup application. It’s very annoying when bathrooms are designed for form over function."

"Good service, good attention, 5 minutes walk from the city. We are really happy with the stay in the Punthill. On the negative side, I'd say the elevator. It needs to be changed, it's very slow. As an improvement, I would say that on New Year's Day, the staff should have made a BBQ, under reservation and payment, to celebrate with the customers. It would have been a lot of fun. We're going back to this hotel. Thank you for all."

"Lovely hotel and staff. Comfortable nice bed, bedding and room facilities. Great breakfast options and great coffee. My only disappointment was the restaurant wasnt fully open so the choices were limited and I was to tired after a long day working to venture out. But overall its a great hotel to stay and I would stay again"
