This house, bathed in sunshine is located in the heart of lush greenery. What else do you want ? Welcome to Moussac, a village located 15 minutes from Uzès,
Shops (bakery, grocery store with butcher, press, tobacco etc ...) 5 minutes walk and supermarkets in the surrounding villages 15 minutes by car.

This real modern and contemporary holiday home has no shortage of assets: swimming in its 5m x 10m swimming pool in the heart of a landscaped garden with a breathtaking view of the old village of Moussac and its Medieval tower.
This landscaped garden is accessible directly from practically every room in the house.
A must that we have a hard time leaving.
This ground floor holiday home (160 m2) has everything planned ...
- A fully equipped kitchen with direct access to a terrace with arbor, dining table, and gas griddle.
- A living room of approximately 50 m2 with a sitting area and a dining area, air conditioned, large screen TV with all the channels available.
- Direct access from the living room in the patio but also on a covered terrace in a dominant position whose panorama on the garden and the swimming pool will not leave you indifferent.
- Sleeping areas: 1 master suite with direct access to the garden, composed of a dressing room and a bathroom with bathtub and TV, but also 2 bedrooms separated by a bathroom with shower. 2 separate toilets.
- The garden, the terraces and the patio are conducive to relaxation in the midst of its various species… let yourself be overwhelmed by the serenity of the place and the song of the birds. Opt for a nap on one of the sunbaths that sit enthroned by the pool under its large parasol.
The house is equipped with WIFI.

Everything is planned to make your stay an exceptional moment without constraints: no need to clutter your suitcases with linens, towels and beds made on arrival, everything is included in the price of your rental.
Sugar, spices and condiments, oil and vinegar, sponges, tea towels, are provided. Presence of a Nespresso coffee machine.
Forget the household chore when leaving the villa, we take care of the house maintenance.

Throughout your stay, Valérie remains at your disposal to guide you: good food, ideas for outings, or practical questions.

We provide you with golf equipment (a right-handed man series and a cart).

Wir hatten mit unseren beiden Kindern einfach traumhafte Ferien in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Moussac! Das Haus liegt herrlich ruhig – ideal zum Abschalten und Entspannen. Es ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, absolut sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders begeistert hat uns das große, gepflegte Grundstück mit dem liebevoll angelegten Garten – ein echtes Paradies, in dem man sich sofort wohlfühlt.Ein besonderes Highlight war der große Pool: Zwar unbeheizt, aber gerade an warmen Sommertagen herrlich erfrischend und perfekt zum Schwimmen und Spielen – unsere Kinder waren kaum noch herauszubekommen!Auch die Versorgung vor Ort war sehr angenehm: Ein Bäcker sowie ein kleiner Supermarkt mit guter Fleischtheke sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Größere Supermärkte gibt es in der Umgebung und sind mit dem Auto in etwa zehn Minuten gut zu erreichen.Die Umgebung bietet eine tolle Mischung aus Natur, Kultur und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten: Die Strände am Mittelmeer sind in gut einer Stunde erreichbar, die beeindruckende Ardèche nicht weit, und Städte wie Nîmes oder das charmante Uzès laden zum Bummeln und Entdecken ein.Ein großes Lob auch an die Vermieterin: Der Kontakt war durchweg herzlich und professionell. Sie hat sich hervorragend um alles gekümmert und stand jederzeit mit Rat, Tat und tollen Tipps zur Seite.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – ein absolut empfehlenswerter Ort für einen entspannten Familienurlaub.

Très jolie villa

Semaine parfaite dans cette jolie maison décorée avec goût pour découvrir la région ! Tout y est pour passer un agréable séjour Valérie y veille et nous a fourni les accessoires pour un bébé de 15 mois , parfait !! La boulangerie a 5 minutes était malheureusement fermée en septembre mais une petite supérette y remédiait. Une jolie piscine et un terrain superbement entretenu avec un emplacement pour l’apéro et un autre pour manger à l’extérieur, vraiment tout pour passer d’agréables moments en famille . Merci Valérie nous reviendrons 😍

Fantastic home!

We’ve stayed in a lot of houses but this is one of our favourites. We had a great week! Valerie is very helpful too. Also nice to still have a bakery and supermarkt within 5 minutes.

Just what we needed!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Villa Cigalo. The property is well set out and cared for, and it's clear that Valerie is intent on ensuring her guests have everything they need. The kitchen and utility room are very well equipped and there's plenty of space in the dining and lounge areas. The beds are comfortable, there are plenty of towels and the shower by the pool is a bonus as is the air conditioning in the villa. It's useful to have the shaded areas in the garden along with those in direct sunlight, and the pool is a good size for a decent swim. We had not been to the area before and the villa location was a good base for exploring Provence/Le Gard. The only thing missing for us was a restaurant/bar within walking distance of the villa although Valerie is not accountable for that! We would return if we were staying in the same area and learned from Valerie that a number of her guests are returners which is a positive sign about the property and experience that she offers.

3 superbes semaines - août 2023

Nous avons passé 3 superbes semaines de vacances dans la Villa Cigalo : superbe villa très propre, très bien équipée, confortable, spacieuse, jardin magnifiquement entretenu et grande piscine avec douche extérieure entretenue tous les 2 jours par la propriétaire, Valérie. Moussac est un petit village d'arrière pays très calme mais avec des animations en période de fêtes votives. L'environnement de la maison est calme et son accès par une longue allée vous donne l'impression de rentrer dans votre cocon. En bonus, nous avons profité de magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis le jardin et rencontré le hérisson qui y vit. Bref, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Valérie est aux petits soins, présente en cas de besoin mais tout en conservant votre intimité (elle passe notamment très tôt le matin pour l'entretien de la piscine pour ne pas déranger et la configuration des lieux lui permet d'accéder au jardin sans vous déranger). Nous reviendrons sûrement ! (plages à 1 heure seulement, Nîmes à 25 min. et tous les commerces à 10 min. sans bouchons ni la folie du littoral)

Villa mit jedem Komfort mit außergewöhnlich schönem Garten und Pool

Die Villa hat unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen und ist noch viel schöner, als auf den Bildern zu erwarten. Sie ist voll klimatisiert, ist bestens ausgestattet und super sauber. Sie ist ruhig gelegen. Der Gartenbereich ist ebenfalls traumhaft. Selbst Wasserspielsachen, Bälle und ein Badmintonspiel waren vorhanden. Die sehr freundlichen Besitzer vermieten das Haus nur im Sommer und nutzen das Haus sonst selbst. Sie wässern die Pflanzen morgens ( sehr diskret) im Aussenbereich und sind bei Bedarf ansprechbar für alle Fragen. Es ist definitiv eins der schönsten Häuser mit Pool, die wir hatten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ca. 5 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Wir haben den Standort für Ausflüge an die Ardeche und in die Camargue genutzt, jeweils circa 1 Stunde Fahrt entfernt. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen Dank, dass wir dort wohnen durften 😊.

Magnifique vacances

Merci infiniment pour l'accueil Valérie. Tout était parfait, une villa magnifique très bien entretenue et avec le confort qu'il faut. Même les produits de première nécessité étaient là. Un coin très calme et bien fleurie nous reviendrons sans aucun soucis. Je recommande que se soit en couplé ou en famille. Bonne journée

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse à la villa Cigalo, très joliment décorée et très fonctionnelle. Rien ne manque et d'une propreté impeccable. Nous avons bien profité de la grande piscine et du magnifique jardin au milieu des fleurs et des oliviers. Visites également des splendides villages du Gard, et même une journée au bord de la mer qui n'est pas loin. Un grand merci à Valérie pour son accueil chaleureux, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité.
