"Fabulous little place, in an idyllic location. Whilst the accommodation is basic, it is charming and has everything you need....including kitchen and bathroom facilities. The addition of horses, pigs, and chickens and ducks on site was a bonus, and being greeted by the farm dogs every day was lovely. The hosts were very helpful and accommodating (we had to change our dates at the last moment) and are really friendly. Definitely looking forward to staying again."

"Great place to stay, the room is exactly as advertised. 20 minute walk downtown and well connected to East Midlands. The studio with the small kitchenette and the private bathroom was definitely worth it. The gym is great for a little workout "

"First, the good stuff. My family needed a no frills place to stay while visiting family. We needed somewhere to sleep, wash, and eat. Nothing fancy. We prioritized location and in that respect the property delivered - it was very convenient for our desired location and the price was manageable. Shops were easily accessible and parking was available. The rest - the place was disgusting. Everything had a layer of visible grime on it. This extended beyond surfaces , sinks and doors.
