"Walk into a clean, beautiful kitchen with an open floor plan to the living room with AMAZING views of Lake Fort Smith. I loved that the master bedroom was on the complete opposite side of the house. Laundry area was the perfect size! Spent a lot of relaxing time on the porch with our coffee, taking in the EXCEPTIONAL views. Peaceful and inviting. We cooked our food on the gas powered griddle just outside. Given the weather was hot, my husband woke up around 530 am to take a short dip in the hot...

"This is the cutest property! Nicely secluded yet easy enough access to hwy 49. We loved sitting outside enjoying all the birds and critters. First time some have ever seen a Roadrunner and we saw two. Exceptionally clean and well stocked. Everything you need for the perfect getaway!"

"We rented this property with the intent of staying in, watching movies and playing games for some quality family time. It was perfect for that! It would also be a great place to explore from. The view was unbeatable!! The property is spacious and laid out well. We will definitely stay here again!"

"What a unique getaway- from the professional welcome treat, to the sophisticated decor and appliances, to the ready to go smores jar for the fire pit. "Extra clean and was very homey and comfortable. Large TV downstairs and well stocked kitchen. Beds were really nice and gave me a great sleep. Quiet neighborhood and easy to contact the property owner. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you for opening up your home to our family. God bless "
