"The drive to our glamping experience was a treat of its own. We saw so many deer sitting under trees and strolling around as we approached the retreat. Our host, Annie, made us feel immediately welcome. Our tent was luxurious with exactly what was needed to make our stay perfect. It had a spacious area, water bottles in the mini fridge and a Keurig machine with plenty of coffee. The heated mattress added comfort and we really enjoyed the outdoor fire pit. "The people running the property were so nice and accommodating. We came on a very cold day where temperatures were around 25 F at night. They brought us electric space heaters for our tent and each bed had a heated mattress pad or blanket. They mentioned that the new bathrooms just opened. 4 full bathrooms that were heated and equipped with stand up showers, just a short walk from our tent. "We loved the beautiful surroundings and helpful staff during our stay. The tent was very comfortable and well furnished. The Sunday morning buffet was yummy and they prepared gluten free pancakes just for us. We were not aware it was also an event space and Saturday night was a wedding event which was easily handled by the space and staff. We then enjoyed the quiet solitude of our Sunday night."
