Mountain View comfort

Perfect location. Difficult checkin process. Had to download an app for keyless entry requiring several phone calls for clarification. I needed a full kitchen for our stay because I needed to prepare food for a baby shower, so a hotel room would never have worked.

Check-in was a nightmare. Key system is a nightmare I was stuck in the elevator twice as the electronic keys did not work. Apartment was sparsely furnished not even Kleenex supplied. Don’t plan on doing any cooking here as there is minimal pots and pans, no salt and pepper etc.

Nice, clean, well kept

Apartment was clean and well kept, with good enough Internet for streaming TV & a bit of gaming. Decent kitchen, nice big bed, plus a soak tub in the bathroom (which was really nice). Only downside was finicky heat and a kinda loud HVAC unit at night.

Home away from home

This was our second stay with this company at this location. I thought we were getting the same apartment we had before (in the photo) but it was a different unit in a different building. The upside was a king sized bed and a bigger unit. The downside was it was on the main street, noisy with constant traffic. So having the windows open was not an option. All in all we loved it and had no issues. It is worth the extra money to stay in these beautiful apartments so close to everything in Mountain View. And a lovely neighborhood to walk in. We miss it.

Wonderful apartment, great location, relaxing.

This apartment is really beautiful, modern and comfortable. The location is awesome, as Castro Street in Mtn View is a foodie's dream. Our only gripe was the bed. A double bed I think...for two...way small. A bit uncomfortable with dip in the middle. A new queen temperpedic would take this place to perfection for us.

Impeccably Clean

The place was modern, full of thoughtful extras , and spotlessly clean. These are the pros. The cons: two outlets not working, the bed is a queen not a king, the sofa bed is uncomfortable. The neighborhood is somewhat blighted.

Overall great location and space

Great location. Good amenities, except only one roll of toilet paper for 10 days. Unclear how to get more. Move in instructions were in very small font. We didn't know we had internet until the second day. Found the internet instructions on the last sentence in tiny font. However loved having access to netflix! Great location in the biuilding. Nice to have parking. Overall great place for short or long term.

Great place to stay

We arrived with the lights and music on and the table settings out. It was great welcome after a long road trip. The apartment is visually stunning. During our stay we found the property was comfortable, clean, central located and quiet. Caring for our dog was also easy, even with two days of rain. We plan on staying again next year. We had a problem with a lot of hair in the bathtub and sink drains which we were able to remove ourselves.

Modern, immaculate, awesome gym, but a little loud

My unit was right on el Camino and the traffic noise troubled me (although I did start to get used to it) When the system on the roof (I believe) started up it sounded like a 747 at certain places inthe unit. The first time I heard it, I thought it was an earthquake or other disaster happening Beautiful layout, lighting, great amenities in the unit Pool not heated and way too cold to use
