"Our stay was so nice! The house had everything to make our vacation the most relaxing. Walking on the mini beach in the morning or at night or playing games on the comfy couch. It was tucked back at the end of a private road. We will definitely be staying here again! "

"The property was lovely. The host so very accommodating, The neighborhood close to restaurants and stores. The flowers, beverages and goodie basket was really a nice touch and very much appreciated. The beds were very comfortable as well. There is access to the community Pool too. The weather did not permit us to use it. Thank You."

"House was in a great location for attending graduation events at Salisbury University. Large enough space for immediate family and grandparents. Only negative was that one of the 4 bedrooms was listed as having 2 double beds, instead had one double bed with a twin trundle underneath "

"In town for a wedding—this house is a gem. Full of old -fashioned charm!! Central air is top notch. Hummingbirds greet you in the morning. Charming. "

"Took my grandson for a weekend trip to Smith Island to celebrate his HS graduation. My daughter, also, accompanied us, since I am a 90 year old "Grammy", and need some assistance. Our cottage was clean, comfortable and had all of our needs. The host, Kim, was extremely attentive, and made our dinner the night we arrived so we could just relax. "This was a perfect place to stay, a bit far from our daily destination of Assateague but worth the drive for a place to unload and I unwind and relax without worrying about disturbing anyone, and with enough space for the whole family. We took advantage of the dock for crabbing and watching the sunset. Easy to get to, well stocked, easy to use and take care of, we would definitely stay here again."

They had a new grill to use, lots of outside equipment like bikes and kayaks to use, plenty of room inside to hang out with family, large yard was great for our dogs and the area is so quiet- we only saw a few people the whole time which was nice. "It’s a small town and this is by far the nicest place to stay. Very homey and the locals are extremely nice."

"Host was communicative and available for any questions. This place was what we needed, two people and a dog that is relatively barky. The seclusion is what we were looking for and we got it. The view of the lake was breathtaking, the property was quiet and inviting with plenty of space for celebrating.
