"The best place for family/ friends’ staycation! Lovely owners make your trip so special. All the facility is well maintained with cute decors and very clean, everything is equipped. What you should bring is only food and drinks. It is located right next to the beautiful shrine which is Unesco world heritage, and having amazing view of Mt.Fuji from the terrace. We stayed with 2 toddlers and 4 adults but space was more than enough, all of us was really happy to stay in this beautiful property...

"毎年利用してます、都留駅から若干離れてますが車だとアクセスしやすくスタッフの方も親切で料理も美味しい…また利用します。"

"スタッフの方々は皆さん感じが良く、説明も丁寧だった。部屋の設備は決して新しくはないものの、とても清潔で快適に使えた。特にトイレが綺麗だった。何より河口湖のすぐ傍にあり、富士山がよく見えて最高だった。しかも周囲は静かな雰囲気で、非常に心地よく過ごすことができた。"

"The room was very clean, but very small. We forwarded our carry on luggages and check in luggages to Kyoto from Tokyo (we were only in Fujikawaguchiko for 2 nights and just packed enough for 3 days/2 nights in our backpacks to hold us over). If we had our luggages, the room would've been way too small. At the end of the day, we were only at the hotel to shower and sleep and it was more than adequate. Slippers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, towels, hair combs, and...

"Great View, very quiet "

"Cozy and picturesque. A lot of families with children. Really loved the views of the lake, the onsen, and the dinner. Staff was friendly, attentive, and fluent in English. Only downside is the location is not very convenient, it's about a 20 minute walk into town. There's sidewalks and the walk is pleasant, but the buses don't run very frequently, so keep that in mind if you won't have a car and are opposed to walking."

"スタッフの皆さんの応対はとても素晴らしかった。当たり前ではあるが、廊下での挨拶も皆さんきちんとされていてとても気持ちがよかった。ウェルカムドリンクにお抹茶とお菓子をいただけたのも良かった。お料理がとても美味しかった。おすすめ出来る。お部屋も清潔。鴨居のホコリ？蜘蛛の巣が1つ気になったぐらいしか、難点がない。お風呂も良い。階段が年配者にはキツイが展望台から河口湖と富士山を一望でき、夕焼けも見られた。"

"A basic inn, but staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful and our mountain view rooms were spectacular. A bit of a distance from the station, but worth it to be so close to Fuji. Walk to many restaurants."

"We stayed here the night before our Mt. Fuji trek. The hotel was everything we needed ! Super close to the train station where we caught the cab to 5th station/ where the bus drops you back. The beds were incredibly comfortable which was much needed after the trek! Would recommend staying here, only a 5 minute train ride to Kawaguchiko station "
