Beautiful view of the water with gorgeous sunsets and sunrises. John was an amazing host with letting us borrow some things we forgot and when our kids wanted to make S’mores he came to the rescue and made them sticks. Don’t think twice about booking this house!! "This place was perfect for a larger group of family and friends. Lots of privacy and a short drive to the beach. The property itself had wonderful amenities-especially the pool and fire pit table! Very family friendly and easy communication with the host!"

"Cottage was beautifully updated and very comfortable. We were disappointed with the beach access. We knew there were stairs but not very easy for some of us. The other beaches nearby were similar with no beach parking and we didn’t have beach passes. However, we did have a great time with many things to do nearby. Suggestion: ski lift…lol Thank you. ."

"My stay was good only con was the parking. Parking was in the street and hope you come in early to get a space or you will park down the street… there is parking in the back for a fee which was not in the description of the property upon booking."

"Santo's cottage is cute, close to the water and has everything you could need in it. My stay was short in that I was only there for a night but Santo is a great communicator and made my stay easy. To top it off Meow is the cat's MEOW!!! I will be back next year to get some fly fishing in. Thank you!!"

"This property is steps away from the ferry, steps away from the beach and steps away from food, drinks and music. We had a great time. Cassie greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed!!!! She also went out of her way to make my daughters 21st birthday special. Highly recommend this property."

"a little hard to find: hint, look for the address on the garbage cans, because the addresses get a bit wonky further down the block, but this is a lovely spot on the north shore if all you're looking for is a clean bed on a quiet street, and the two bedrooms are so much better for friends or families than would be two rooms in the hotel by the highway -- oh, and there's a nice bagel place just north of the Starbucks on the corner of 25A"

"This house was perfect for our visit. It was clean and comfortable and provided everything we needed. Walking distance to a restaurant, coffee shop and the best ice cream! Would definitely stay here again. "

"Overall the property was nice and comfortable. It had everything you need with a few exceptions. The shower curtain was really unclean and sanitary. The towels were old and didn’t “look” clean. The baseboards and door in the bathroom were dirty and there was no toilet paper holder, which isn’t sanitary. That sound like a lot but it wasn’t! We were able to solve all the issues ourselves and enjoyed the stay."

"We got to the house and it was a lovely house, in a great location. The garbage outside had meat and other garbage not in bags. The storm door was broken which we fixed ourselves, the floor was full of sand, the air conditioner in the kitchen didnt blow cold air and the fan in the ktchen didnt work either, the remote was nowhere to be found. I think some of our money should be refunded."
