"Very nice and clean room. Comfortable living area and bedroom. Only minus was i had to contact Kasa to get my check in information. Apparently they didn't have my email?"

"This area of Chicago is SOOOOO nice! Gorgeous homes, lovely biking infrastructure. This place was great! I was on a month long rock climbing road trip so an affordable (but super nice) stay in Chicago for me to do laundry and shower was super needed!"

"Great experience overall. Check-in was easy and the unit was very well kept. Very happy that we were so close to so much public transportation. It is a little noisy for those who aren’t used to hearing the L train nearby. Parking is hard to find, but there is paid parking nearby and easy to access public transit. If you plan on parking your car for the full time you’re there."

"When I booked this property it was the intention to have a joyful time with my family for an extended family event. We were unable to access the property the day of causing me to spend an extra 600 for us to stay at another hotel after spending 2 hours on the phone with customer service. To top it off we were harassed by the next door neighbor who attempted to take pictures of our vehicle and report to us that this property was considered an illegal listing. "Our family of 4 stayed at the one bedroom apt. for 6 nights. The space is very spacious for 4 of us. King bed was very comfortable. Sofa bed was ok, cannot expect too much from a foldable sofa bed. Love the area with dining options and markets. Transportation is great, one block from train station and many local buses in the area. One little problem was the water pressure from shower was a little weak with leakage. Otherwise, we loved our stay. Very comfortable."

"This was a very cute bungalow. It's old but well maintained. There was a roach in the bathroom, not the big cockroach but a small roach. I didn't see any signs of uncleanliness anywhere in the home, so we chalked it up to coming from outside. This isn't the best neighbor but we enjoyed ourselves. I'm prior military myself and many military installations aren't in the most desirable areas. It was convenient to the base, which was my primary reason for being here.
