"Helen was a wonderful host. She was very responsive to any questions / issues that arose. Our family really enjoyed the property and seeing the cows and donkey in the yard next door. The house was spacious and and allowed our 12-person group to spread out. The house was in a great location for our plans to explore Waterford and Kilkenny."

"JJ and Colman were excellent hosts. Great view of the beach, beds comfortable, kitchen well done. Over all inviting and comfortable. Restaurant across the street. Would stay again! "

"Very peaceful with lots of character. The owners also offer food bundles from their own animals on the farm. Also the owner won best steak in the world a few years ago which is one of the bundles"

"The cottage was exactly as described! It was clean, everything was in good working order and the garden was just lovely. The property manager was quick to respond to questions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful walks in the forest and quaint little village. Just be aware that the only shop closes at 7 pm."

"We had a lovely stay at the cottage for 1 week in November. The same parking spot right outside the door of the cottage was always there for us. There was COMPLETE silence even though it is in the town centre. Local takeouts are closeby, within walking distance, also groceries, pharmacy ,cafes etc and by walking distance i mean within 5 mins, at a leisurely pace. Lismore is an extremely quiet town. There are pubs but no customers, that we saw. Im assuming summertime is the busy season. The...
