"This exact property is not available to rent, however it is still on the website and is able to be paid for. We did not know this until check-in and realized we never received a code to get in. It was only when we called the number attached to this property is when we found out that it is not supposed to be available. The owner we spoke to was helpful and relocated us to another property only 5 mins away from the original, which turned out to be a lovely place. It all worked out in the end, but...

"I believe it's the furnished basement of the house with its own entrance. There's a bedroom, sitting area, bathroom/shower, A/C, microwave, mini fridge, iron, TVs. It's nothing fancy but was suitable for my needs (a decent place to sleep and shower). "Property was almost ad advertised, with the exception of the parking space. When we arrived, we moved a rope partition in front ot the property to park and unload. The owner of the adjacent unit prompt;y came out to tell us that this was his spot that he ernted out and that we could not stay there. There were already two cars in the back, one without plates. Needed to speak with owner to clarify. After this the parking situation was OK. Property was neat and clean. Could have used more towels...

"I was fooled by the pictures. Upon check-in, they require to zelle cleaing fee. When I finally got inside, I found absolutely nothing lux about this property, no comfort and hospitality. The broken floor welcome me, all 4 beds are broken, only 2 TVs, moldy restroom, zero confort. They left 4 towels for 6 people for 6 nights. I had to request more towels. "We had a wonderful stay! The house was well appointed, clean, and had everything we needed. The views were absolutely stunning and made for a relaxing, scenic getaway. "This property is a wonderful alternative to the expensive hotels around Greenwich. It was no frills - there are two bedrooms with large beds and TVs, a bathroom, and kitchenette with a pod coffeemaker. We didn't spend a lot of time there, which worked for us. It's quiet, backcountry Greenwich, on a pond. We saw a fox and a baby deer and fell asleep to the bullfrogs. "

"The photos definitely misrepresent the quality of the property. The house is very dirty (lots of stains) and a little on the creepier side. However, if you have a good group of friends who can have fun anywhere, you’ll enjoy the rental."

"Conveniently located, quiet, comfortable beds, designated free parking, full kitchen, and always felt safe. We all enjoyed watching the marmot out our bedroom window! (Currently there is construction on the house next door, so the view out the dining area isn't great.) Was disappointed there were only 4 pods for the Keurig for 4 people for 3 mornings. (Coffee in the morning is important to us.) Responses from owner were on occasion slow. Overall it was a very nice stay!"
