"Stayed here recently and had a good overall experience. The room was clean and the location is great—very close to the ocean, which was a big plus. Just note, there is no sandy beach here, but it’s perfect if you’re looking to be more secluded and away from the hustle and bustle. The check-in process was quick and easy with no issues. "We booked last minute due to a flight cancellation, the owner and onsite property manager were lovely to deal with and accomodated us. We were given clean sheets and 2 towels and the bed was made. It was comfortable, the pullout divan was stained and not comfortable, those things typically are not. The place had not been cleaned and there was no handsoap and little toilet paper. "Property is very hard to find. Owner was very adamant that electricity should not be on whole time. There's only 1 A/C unit and hostes was very upset that we kept it on over night (was very hot). There was hardly water to shower, it just trickled out. Cook stove didn't work properly"

"I did not get to stay at this property. At the time of booking they told me it was available in error and my booking will not actually be accommodated. I said I understood and waited for the refund to be returned to my credit card. It's been two weeks now and that has not been done and my emails to the property have gone unanswered. Orbitz support as well has not been very helpful."

"This was our first visit to All Seasons resort and we weren’t disappointed. The room was spacious and airy and well appointed although the electric cooker was disappointing. All of the staff were exceptionally polite and well versed in their jobs. The property is well positioned and is an easy walk into Hole Town. Would definitely stay here again"
