"The property is pretty old, the carpets have a foul damp smell. They won't service the room unless explicitly requested even though I stayed for 5 days. Breakfast was okay though !"

"I haven’t stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn for a very long wand now it’s my new favorite cost efficient hotel. I used to prefer the Courtyard or Hyatt House for the quality. Hilton Garden Inn now uses Crabtree and Evelyn shampoo and conditioners, in room Keurig style coffee makers, stylish and modern decor with comfortable bedding and ample space. "Good Clean comfortable quiet room but staff forgot to turn off the hotel alarm clock next to the bed when cleaning. Got woken up really early!!"

"Clean room- no!!! The hardwood floor was so dirty our feet turned black and so did the towel outside the shower door! Mirrors hung had broken frames, and the room smelled like smoke! Staff- rude! Came knocking on our room door asking what’s going on as if we had done something wrong. Said that we were stomping and yelling, which is total false. She even threatened to call the police on us. Parking- minimal. But there was some! Air conditioning- not too powerful!"

"This hotel has wonderful staff all around. From the front desk, to the maintenance crew, to the house keeping staff and the buffet staff, everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. There is a man and woman who run the breakfast buffet so well. They keep everything stocked and well presented. Then on certain days, if they are both off, it is very bad. I believe the buffet worker goes in the back and takes a nap. He is a younger man and does not refill anything."

"The AC Hotel in Arizona has a beautifully cozy atmosphere and a stunning building design. Unfortunately, the room itself was very small, and the narrow corridor made it difficult to navigate with our luggage, especially with the cleaning staff in the way. "Place has had some recent improvement. Still 3rd world kind of place. The sign out front should be a tip off....repaint it! Rather difficult access. Very limited parking. Photos of the property online are way too flattering. Pretty rough but serviceable."
