"Room had multiple visible red blood stains on the bedding, floor, and bathroom wall/outlet when we checked in late at night. Sheets smelled laundered but were clearly stained. I documented everything with photos and reported it to the manager in the morning. He dismissed it and refused a refund. Expedia support contacted the property but was also refused. This is a sanitation issue, not a preference issue. I would not stay here again."

"The only reason I didn’t give a 5 was because I thought the breakfast seemed underwhelming. I didn’t really enjoy the scrambled eggs. Turkey Sausage was ok. Honestly would still highly recommend this hotel. Breakfast is not a super priority for me but if it is for you, don’t expect fabulous. The staff are absolutely amazing!"

"There was lots of parking. The room was clean, although it did smell a bit Smokey. There was no coffee maker in the room which I thought there was supposed to be. I could be wrong. The bed was comfy and it was quiet. We made use of the jacuzzi tub which was nice."

"We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay at this hotel. We traveled with 2 children and the facilities, staff and the room were very clean and comfortable.
While everything was 5-star, if I point out only cons, there are two: we wished that the room was equipped with or we had access to a step stool as we had a small child with us, and the restraunt's good quality as pancakes and muffins were dry, bacon was too salty etc.
But again, the staff's friendliness and hospitality made everything...
