I reached out for assistance during my stay and was ignored, I reached out after my stay and was ignored a second time. I contacted the booking agency Expedia to ask them to review the situation and they were wonderful and tried to help resolve it but they said the old mill refused to acknowledge or...

"Off grid cabin / eco tiny home in a scenic area in the hills above Hahndorf. The property had 8 cabins which were really well spaced out giving a feeling of privacy and the area had many birds and kangaroos. Well laid out cabin with thoughtful additions from the host such as kindle/firefighter and matches for the koonara. A lovely stay, highly recommend."

"Everything was pretty good, but the Chicken Schnitzel, when it arrived at my Table, it was flat as a pancake and when i cut it and chewed it, it was like chewing on hard burnt leather and the salad was a few pieces of cabbage an two half pieces of tomato. The chips were great, crisp and yummy. I did not want to complain as the person cooking it could be new, or flat out, or having personal problems, or just did not care.
Anyway, this is just to let you know, my stay was great and will stay with...
