"Great stay! I was in town for a wedding, and this was very close to the venue. I screwed up my reservation, and the front desk staff were absolutely incredible! They were able to fix my error and get me checked in early so I had somewhere to get ready and drop my bags before the wedding. My room was very clean and comfortable. I saw housekeeping multiple times and they were super friendly as well. Thank you so much for your help! "

"This was my first trip to Saugatuck, so I really didn’t know what to expect. I’m a hotel snob (annoying to both myself and anyone I travel with). Rob called me and I was immediately set at ease. "This is a lovely hotel in a nice location. It’s very fun, with a coffee bar and regular bar on the first level open to the public. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is great. I like the modern feel to everything. "

"The stay was very good but there was a hot water problem. On that note, regardless of the problem, a cold shower in any hotel is always a Big Problem for someone paying so much. No discount was offered, truly not even a credit and barely an apology. Beyond a cold shower,the service met our expectations. "
