"I want to thank the front desk staff Rayven she was amazing!! We arrived earlier than expected because of an cancelled travel that shifted for earlier than expected. She did everything to make things less stressful and all the staff worked together to ensure the early check in. The room was very nice and clean. Loved the kitchen area equipped which we didn’t use because we were only there for a day attending the Cardi B concert. I will definitely stay here again. "

"Definitely not a 4.2!
The room was not very clean.
There were several dead bugs (not bed bugs).
Candy and food behind the nightstand on the floor.
Dust and cobwebs collecting in the corners of the room.
Our sheets had a hole in them.
Most of the towels we received either had hair stuck in them (gross!) or were threadbare and tattered.
All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly, but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the horrible accommodations!
