Luxury Ocean View Beach Villa with Private Pool Garden Courtyard in Great Exuma

  • Impresionante villa privada de 4 habitaciones con baño privado + 2 habitaciones familiares Beach Beach con increíbles vistas al mar en Gran Exuma.

    La galardonada arquitectura contemporánea y diseñador de 5 a 6 dormitorios Villa con altos estándares a prueba de huracanes. Actualizado en el otoño de 2019.

    Ubicado en la playa más virgen y hermosa de Exuma, que consta de alas independientes para hasta 14 huéspedes (8-12 adultos + 2-6 niños) con patio privado, piscina, sala de estar y áreas de barbacoa a solo 5 minutos del aeropuerto internacional de Exuma (ambos El traslado de ida está incluido para todos los huéspedes que se alojen durante 5 noches).

    Perfecto para que grandes o dos familias se mantengan juntas, pero con privacidad y flexibilidad, que incluye entradas separadas, cocinas, habitaciones familiares y balcones, así como acceso a la piscina.

    El patio privado protegido contra el viento y cerrado con áreas de piscina, comedor, sala de estar y barbacoa es el lugar para divertirse durante el día y ciertamente por la noche.

    El primer piso del ala este contiene 3 dormitorios, 2 baños.

    El primer piso del ala oeste contiene 2 dormitorios con 2 baños en suite y una habitación familiar convertible en un tercer dormitorio adicional.

    La suite principal tiene una cama king, la suite de invitados tiene una cama queen y el tercer dormitorio adicional y la habitación familiar tienen un sofá cama plegable de tamaño queen.

    Cada habitación tiene acceso directo a la piscina y al patio. Camas inflables de alta calidad también están disponibles para nuestros huéspedes.

    El segundo piso de cada ala consta de una cocina moderna totalmente equipada, medio baño y una amplia sala de estar y entretenimiento con un balcón exterior cubierto de 300 pies cuadrados con vista al océano.

    ¡El área de juegos con juegos infantiles y la cancha de voleibol de playa están abiertos exclusivamente para nuestros huéspedes!

    La playa de 2 millas de largo está a solo 60 pasos de la puerta del patio y tiene arena en polvo súper blanca y una entrada al mar muy cómoda que permite estar a salvo con los niños y lanzar nuestros kayaks y tablas de pie.

    Lo que se proporciona en la Villa:

    - conjunto completo de servicios del hotel (jabón líquido, champú, toallas de mano y baño);

    - cocinas totalmente equipadas;

    - cuarto de lavado con juegos de lavadora y secadora

    - toallas de papel, detergente para lavavajillas, detergente para lavadora;

    - cantidad limitada de agua potable y agua para hacer hielo en las villas de la piscina (se puede pedir o comprar adicionalmente);

    - gas para parrilla de barbacoa;

    - albornoces;

    - caja de seguridad personal;

    - toallas de playa;

    - sillas de playa y sombrillas;

    - uso de kayaks, tablas de paddle, equipo de snorkel, juguetes acuáticos;

    - uso de un patio de arena con cancha de voleibol de playa y parque infantil;

    - juegos de mesa, etc.

    - Internet (wifi)

    - ¡mucho sol, arena blanca, agua turquesa y gente amigable!

    Small Island está a aproximadamente 1 milla de la costa y es fácilmente accesible en kayaks durante el clima tranquilo para una total privacidad y un excelente snorkel.

    El alquiler de coches es muy recomendable para navegar Exumas, sin embargo, hay
    servicios de taxi disponibles las 24 horas.

    Las tiendas de comestibles y los restaurantes más cercanos están a unos 5-10 minutos en automóvil, el mercado principal de alimentos de Exuma está a unos 15 minutos en automóvil (cerrado los domingos).

    Nuestro equipo de administración lo ayudará con todo tipo de arreglos (chefs, supermercado antes de la llegada, cuna, recomendaciones de excursiones, etc.) antes de su llegada.

    Villa es de unos 4200 pies cuadrados. (ambas alas)

The property is fantastic and perfect for two families traveling together. Well appointed and has everything you will need. Centrally located on Exuma near the airport (but absolutely no plane noise) with easy access too the whole island. There beach was great. Can’t say enough positive things about our stay.

Property was beautiful. Host was super responsive before, during and after our stay. Angelique was quick to answer any questions that came up during our stay. House location was great. Close to the airport and being more central on the Island made it much easier to explore more of the Island and beautiful beaches. Highly recommend!

Second time here and still a favorite. Communication from the day you book it through the time you leave is always great and timely. We had questions about the events and other items before arrival and always received a prompt, informative response. Great location, 5 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes to downtown, and 10 minutes to a grocery store. Lots of amenities in the houses and pool areas. Very clean and comfortable.

We had a wonderful family stay at Casa Del Mare! Great location and setup. We’ve been to Exuma before and this was our favorite home!The location was perfect and close to the airport and where we wanted to be for all the excursions as well as restaurants and shopping. The Villa was fantastically appointed and had everything we needed and beyond. The beach, the pool, the grill area and the views were all perfect.We hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful home located in a very convenient location in Great Exuma. It is centrally located to easily explore both ends of the island.The beach is literally outside your door and the soft white sand makes for perfect walks. The bar at the end of the beach stretchis amazing and makes walks worth it! The home was decorated first class: the kitchen, the furnishings, the decor and the courtyard were all perfect. The beach chairs and toys were perfect to enjoy a wonderful day on the beach. We will definitely be back again!

Loved our stay at Casa Del Mar…super close to the airport and the host was very responsive and great to deal with. There is a nice beach very short walk from the house. Our kids love having the private pool at the property to wind down from a day at the beach!

A group of 12 friends stayed for my 50th Birthday and this Villa was beyond our expectations! The house managers Gabby and Angelique were in touch with us before our arrival and helped with pre-stocking groceries, getting a Chef to do a dinner, and arranging a private half day boat tour. The only thing listing does not show is just how comfortable the beds are - truly the best I have ever experienced! We are already looking at dates to come back to Casa Del Mar!

Great beachfront property!

Our stay at Casa Del Mar was wonderful! The location on the beach was perfect, and the property was well-maintained and clean. The setup with two adjacent villas worked well for our group, and we appreciated the two outdoor showers as we spent a lot of timing coming and going from the beach.

We just returned from our first trip to Exuma. We rented Casa Del Mar based on location, reviews and amenities offered... and it was wonderful! It is a very nice modern design home situated in a "resort feeling" setting of beautiful landscaping. The villa is stunning, attention to detail 1st class, with everything at the property you could wish for. Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers to take to the beach. The interior is stunning, with everything you need and more and the privacy of the pool with sun lounges and the court is superb. Highly recommended!

We had group of 8 and couldn’t have picked a better home than Casa Del Mar!Such a nice home with everything you can think of to make your vacation the absolute best! Perfect location and Villa was setup so everyone had privacy plus great space to be together.Angelique, the property manager was so attentive and made us feel very welcome.Having two kitchens and double appliances were so useful!It was hard to leave the gorgeous house and the amazing beach to explore the friendliest and most beautiful island of Exuma. Our group will always remember our week at Casa Del Mar!
