    Welcome to Pure Serenity Villa, Located on one of the most spectacular beaches in Exuma. Built in 2021, Pure Serenity is one of the newest villas in Exuma and offers some of the most breathtaking views. With a Gorgeous Beach front view of Exuma’s famous turquoise water you will truly feel nothing but Pure serenity.

    Entering through the front doors you’ll instantly be greeted with a warm inviting modern feel, with a unbelievable view of the ocean.

    This villa was designed to be your home away from home with all the amenities you would want. With Smart Tv’s in all rooms and a Wi-Fi mesh system, you’ll always be connected. This modern beach villa comes equipped with an integrated smart audio system controlled via a wall-mounted iPad

    With 3 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from George Town, you’ll have everything you need for the prefect get away!

    The villa features 3 bed rooms and 3 full baths.

    Bed room 1 (Master) has a king bed, walk in closet, TV and plenty of dresser space.

Awesome place to stay in Exuma. Location was fantastic, easy to move around the island. Villa was fully stocked with everything you would need...dishes, towels, beach towels, dish soap, coffeemaker (drip and pods), pool toys, life jackets for kayak and SUP. Plenty of seating inside and out. TV had a lot of stations and great WiFi. EXCELLENT communication with host! I would absolutely recommend this place and we will stay again next time we are in Exuma!

The house was more than we could have imagined! It is a spectacular ocean front home! The location was perfect in the center of the island and very close to the airport.

The location of this villa was absolutely amazing!! The villa was perfectly stocked and so well decorated and had everything we needed! Frank was very good at communication and made us feel at home. We will definitely be returning!

We enjoyed our stay in this villa love the location and the beautiful is beautiful. The house is beautiful and comfortable everything is perfect and we're definitely coming back.

The house was super clean, owner and property manager were helpful and fast to respond. We would definitely stay at the property again. Thanks for opening this home for our much needed vacation!

Family Week at Serenity

My husband and I took our children and grandaughter for our annual vacation and could be happier with the villa - it was spotless, well appointed and beautiful. The outdoor living spaces and pool are fantastic. We enjoyed the beautiful, quiet white sandy beaches and found the central location was nice. We explored Little Exuma and went to the other end as well. HIghly recommend this home!

Stunning

The home is beautiful and is very well stocked and maintained. The location is great. The beach and views are stunning. The beach feels private…never saw more than 2-3 people when we went for a walk. The owner was very responsive prior to and during the stay. Highly recommended!

Pure Serenity Villa made our Exuma Vacation even more perfect! Frank’s communication from the beginning months before our vacation til the end after we returned home was exceptional. He went over an beyond and answered any questions I had since this was our first time visiting and followed up after the trip to make sure our Family enjoyed ourselves and that our experience at Pure Serenity met our expectations.The location is perfectly centered on the island to visit multiple beaches. The views are breathtaking and you will have all the amenities needed for your families stay. The kitchen and outdoor grille had everything we needed for the lunches and dinners whenever we chose not to eat out. The beach is literally steps away from the back door and it’s your own personal beach!!!! The Kayaks and various toys, games and pool items are just a cherry on top!Whenever you open the front door to enter the house you will immediately see the water reflecting throughout the house! The design of the homes layout was well planned and perfect!I will miss waking up in the morning to the Sun rising in the Master Bedroom window over that crystal clear water!Would highly recommend Pure Serenity Villa and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay

This property is truly beautiful. Six adults in our group and had plenty of room. The house is nicely decorated and very updated. The pool outdoor area is amazing and beach just a few steps away. I definitely recommend this property!!

Amazing Home!

From the moment we arrived and opened the door we were amazed. The view was beautiful! And the home is exactly as pictured, modern and clean. Having a private pool in addition to the beach was a great benefit! Highly recommended.

Christmas and New Year's stay

Great property, the description and photos were exactly what we experienced - lovely heated pool, beautiful beach, clean, new home, centrally located for a day excursion from Barraterre and another in Little Exuma. Terrelle answered any question we had within minutes. We will be back to Exuma and won't look to stay anywhere else but Pure Serenity Villa, Moss Town.

Pure Serenity Villa is an excellent choice for those seeking privacy, amenities, and luxury. Ayana was waiting for us upon arrival at the airport and led us to the Villa, which was about 3 minutes away. She was a constant source of information and recommendations throughout the week. The Villa is everything you could want. The Villa was spotless and had everything you could want from spatulas to whole house bluetooth speakers. The firepit and grill were great for outdoor relaxation. Frank was incredibly responsive and went the extra step to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay. Frank, Ayana, and Terrelle make a great team. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Definitely will rebook in the future!

Beautiful New Home - Ideal location

We visit Exuma several times a year but this was our first stay at Pure Serenity. This will be our new go-to rental. The location is ideal - central to everything on a beautiful stretch of beach. The home is new and in great condition. It has everything you could possibly want. Frank is a great host and is quick to respond. I highly recommend.

The perfect getaway!

We had a wonderful time! We loved that the property is minutes from the airport, sits back off the road, and is on a private beach. The views from the villa are stunning! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and had everything we needed, including beach towels, extra linens, and a detailed list of nearby restaurants and attractions. Terrelle, the property manager, was awesome! He was quick to respond to all of our questions and so helpful. We can't wait to go back!

Amazing house and location. Everything was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well equipped with all the necessities. We didn't experience any power outages, but this house has a whole house automatic standby generator which is a really nice benefit. Centrally located on the island, but still close to Georgetown and the airport. We never heard any planes during our stay. Booking and communication throughout with the home owner was easy. This house is a easy 10 rating.

Absolutely going to come back!

This property is fantastic! The beach is sooooo amazing, the pool is fab, the amenities are all you need! We absolutely loved it. We had an AC issue the first night in one of the bedrooms and the owner was on it, it was fixed the next day! Communication was great as well. We used the kitchen and we really enjoyed our time at this luxury property. We will definitely be back

Believe the hype!

Exuma did not disappoint, it is truly paradise and Pure Serenity is nestled right in the middle of it all. The house was perfect for two families of four. The sand on the beach was amazing and was by far the nicest beach we saw all week. Check in was easy, Terrelle was very helpful. The house is close to the airport and also somewhat in the middle of the island so you can get to restaurants grocery and activities at either end in a reasonable time. We had a great time and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Beautiful & Relaxing!

Family trip with adult children and our 3 year old granddaughter. The home was well equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing week in beautiful Exuma. The pool and beach are just footsteps away for spending relaxing days at home when you are not off exploring all of the other beaches. Thanks for the priceless memories!!

Amazing Property

Pure Serenity was a beautiful property. It had everything you would need. The location is near the airport, you didn’t notice planes at all and the house is tucked away on a private street with only a couple other houses. The beach is secluded and beautiful. The kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we’ve seen. We were a family of 8 - six adults and 2 children. The bunk room bed could have been bigger and better for the adult couple staying in that room with their kids but it worked just fine. Exuma is a magical place for a beach vacation and Pure Serenity was amazing!
