"Do not rent this place! I am well aware I was not getting a 5-star place. When I arrived, there were used paper towels on the table, and the bathroom sink was dirty. The door would not close properly unless you slammed it. Safety should not be a concern. There is a bath towel that was shredded at the end. There were little to no details about the place before arrival. I owned and rented a condo for 8 years at the beach and gave guests all the information that they needed. The second night, I had...

"What a great place to stay. We can’t say enough good things about Dawn or the home. It was as advertised, extremely clean, and exceptionally well prepared. Dawn was very helpful, gracious, and quick to respond! The toys and books in the kids room were a huge hit with my children, the outside activities were thoughtful and great as well. We enjoyed utilizing the waffle station every morning. This will definitely be the first place we look for any time we need a place to stay in State College....

Breakfast choices are amazing, and you have a full kitchen to work with for other meals. Bellefonte is a lovely town nestled in the PA hills, with several large creeks draining into a large stream that runs through the center of town. The town has done a great job creating parks and riverwalks by the stream, preserving the downtown,...
