"Fantastisk oplevelse. Ankommer sent fra Frankrig. Ringer da receptionen burde være lukket på det tidspunkt. Ingen problemer. Restauranten lukkede 20.30 vi var der, de havde allerede noget klart til os - super dejligt og tak. Værelserne store, rummelige og godt indrettet. Sengen enorm. Vi sov godt. Buffeten næste morgen var flot og lækker, der manglede intet. Vi kommer igen og vil nok benytte os af et 3 dages tilbud, hvor man besøger vingård og sejler på Mosel."

"Fabulous from start to finish! Welcome drink on arrival, early access to our room which was in the cottage, we ate in the restaurant, the food was very good, staff very attentive and lovely wines. Swimming pool was great and the sauna. Great location and will definitely stay again."

"Wir wurden sehr nett willkommen geheißen. Das Personal und der Service waren generell sehr herzlich und aufmerksam. Herzstück und Aushängeschild des Hotels ist das außergewöhnliche, vielseitige und liebevoll zubereitete bzw. angerichtetete Frühstück. Jeden Morgen ein Highlight. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig, nur im Bad fehlte es an Ablagefläche. Die zugehörige Weingalerie ist ebenfalls sehr empfehlenswert und einladend."

"The proprietor is also the chef and a world class one. He was extremely accommodating in getting us into our rooms early. The evening three course menu was so good that we took the beef for our lunch when we left. Great stay"

"Wir haben kurzfristig und zufällig dort eingecheckt und dabei einen Glückstreffer gelandet. Sehr gemütliches und familiengeführtes Hotel mit gutem Essen und Wein und einem tollen Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Jederzeit gerne wieder!"

"First off this hotel was great. We had stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. The hotel staff were so friendly, nice, and welcoming. They all spoke English which made it very easy to ask questions or order food. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was all delicious and the scenery around the hotel is so peaceful and relaxing. The rooms were clean, beds comfy, house keeping was great, and overall the property is very well kept. If you are traveling to Mertesdorf or trier I would recommend this...
