"This is a great place. Excellent location - easy walk to downtown, easy to get to, parking was fine (just out front on the street). It’s a nice apt - beds were comfy, kitchen had lots of space and everything we needed. My adult son (student at UI) was on the pull out couch multiple nights and he said it was very comfortable (unlike the sofa beds at so many other places). Bathroom was very big. Owner was in communication to be sure we had everything we needed. Check in was easy - and gettin...

"One of the best rentals I’ve been in! Effective communication about the property and quick responses to any questions. It was a perfect place for my family and had complimentary water and snacks which was totally unexpected and appreciated. Lots of places to eat within walking distance, and the property includes anything we may have needed (toiletries, extra towels, linens, etc.)."
