"If you have a bad back and suffer from back pain, the beds are hard, and I would not recommend staying there. However, the room was clean, the staff were friendly, there was free parking, it was completely safe, and it was very quiet. We had a problem with the AC unit, and the staff came promptly to the room and fixed the issue. All in all, I recommend this hotel, but not for people with chronic back pain."

The staff were kind but I did have some problems with the actual property: I found a chicken bone in my room, the shower water was lukewarm at best, and my room smelled like smoke. All the furniture and facilities are very worn and not like shown in the pictures."

"It’s a beautiful place but the rooms were fairly average. Nothing special. The shower was the worst part, it was either super hot or cold. Went to a trickle on medium. Couldn’t wash my hair! Also the breakfast buffet was $30 per person and not that great either. If you’re a golfer, you’d love it. Also rained so couldn’t sit by the pool so … eh."

"My flight home got canceled due to weather which prompted me to book my stay. I made it to the free shuttle pick up point a little after 10:30pm, but the hotel informed me that no one will be coming to get me. Unfortunately, I ended up having to book a $30 uber. Once there, we received our room keys and when we finally fell asleep, the fire alarm went off. We didn’t get to sleep until around 1am and our new flight was scheduled for 8:20am. "This was the third or fourth time that we used the Doubletree. The property seems to be going downhill. We could not use the shower. The handle fell off so we could not turn the water on. The outlets in the bathroom were not working. The food was good in the dining room. I did speak to the front desk person about the problem in the morning. He said we should’ve called in the night. However, we had just spent 21 hours straight coming home from a flight. We are both in our 70s and did not want to...
