"Everything with the room itself was great. It was clean and in a great location. My issue with this reservation was the amenities. They are not inlcluded. So even though the listing says they have pools and hot tubs, don't expect to be able to use them unless you pay more when you get there. This should be made clear to anyone that books at this resort. "

We had some down time and enjoyed the outdoor fire pit at the end of a ski day and then read for a while in the common space before dinner reservations. The entire place was very warm and comfortable. Plenty of on site parking and easy access to the mountain shuttle and the village center. We loved it! "

"We were really disappointed with our stay at Von Trapp. While the grounds were pretty, we were primarily there to ski. Unfortunately the ski shuttle was not available when we were there, even though this is part of the resort fee you have no choice but to pay. Our room also was in a wifi dead zone so we could not stream any TV at night which is what we look forward to after a long ski day.
