"We booked this place several months in advance but 3 days before our trip I received a cancellation notice. I was given the reason from the host that the property was sold which didn’t make sense and I’m not sure why they listed it and accepted the reservation when they were trying to sell it.This was right before a holiday weekend so I can only assume as to what the real reason was why they cancelled it. Either way, it was quite disappointing to have reserved the space many months in advance...

"This is a hidden gem right off the Embarcadero in Morro Bay behind a restaurant. There are nice views of the bay, Embarcadero, and “Rock.” It is quiet and secluded but within easy walks of restaurants, shops and waterfront. The space is comfortable, clean, modern and well kept. A huge plus is the two parking spaces reserved next to the residence and off the street. Well worthy of five stars."
