"Found door locked for security when tried to open door front desk visible thru window but still had to buzz in to tell them were checking in. Noticed surrounding businesses had padlock chains after closing . Did not feel very safe walking in neighborhood "

The only one thing I had a problem with is we ate at the restaurant every day and continuously ordered the same menu items but the quantity wasn’t consistent. On one particular dinner experience my son literally only had 2 broccoli crowns and 3 carrot slices for his mixed vegetables with his salmon but the other two nights the same meal came with 5 broccoli crowns, tons of carrots and sliced onions. "The room attendants weren’t cleaning rooms daily. On days they were dumping trash from room they didn’t make the bed. Even though the schedule was pointed the do’s were not all done. The staff was very helpful and kind."

"The room was more than I expected. Full kitchen and roomy spaces. Checked in at 1:30 am with no problems. Enjoyable stay."

Our son was supposed to stay with the team, but was injured in the game so we needed a cot so he could stay with us. We called Extended Stay from the ER and they said they’d see what they could do.
