Customer service was excellent and the General Manager was extremely helpful and made sure our stay accommodated. The entire staff including cleaning crew made our stay amazing. "Room was OK and clean, that’s the best comment I can make about this facility. This is an older property, and it clearly shows. Old, wrinkled, and damp smelling hallway carpets throughout. Window(!) air conditioners barely brought down the room temperature and interfered with the ability to keep the room dark for sleeping with the 24/7 daylight."

"When we first pulled up to the 7 Gables Inn we thought we had made a wrong turn. The confusion was that we thought we had booked a motel. Once we made our way upstairs we found a beautiful room and a gracious host who provided a delicious breakfast the next morning. I would definitely recommend this stay."

"Clean property, nice people, decent amenities, mediocre location - The Hotel North Pole is probably the best place to stay in North Pole. You have to set your expectations to the location. This is a very small town outside of the "larger small town" of Fairbanks. The entire region is very industrial. Gravel parking lots and heavy equipment abound. This location is at the end of a stip mall parking lot. We thought North Pole was some kind of of quaint little town like you'd see in New England....
