"The airport shuttle driver did not arrive despite the fact it was arranged and paid for in advance. I had to send multiple text messages to the management team at the hotel, then he arrived an hour later.
Request the phone number of the driver in advance.
The tub in the bathroom does not have a non slip surface or grab bars and one can slip and sustain an injury easily.
Otherwise a nice stay in a clean, safe, building with access to several restaurants, the tram, and the subway/ metro close...

"This aparthotel was an exceptional stay. The rooms are immaculately clean, very quiet (almost silent due to the courtyard blocking all street noise), well connected (2 metro lines and a tram stop at the entrance), and well appointed.
The staff helped with replenishing amenities as requested and were very responsive via email.
The bedding is excellent with soft and warm goose down covers and pillows that feel like clouds.

"A hotel with no humans is a very bad idea. Many services require humans. Therefore, while an OK facility in good location, this was a very bad experience.
What happens when the safe’s battery does not work? How do you get your passports? Or if the bathroom is stuck!
Nobody to speak to.
And nobody told me this was a “tech hotel”. Never again!"
