"We came in for a wedding and found the perfect place to overnight. The cabin was warm and cozy. Alpine lake was beautiful with so many thing to do and see. I caan tell the owners take pride in this home and make sure a guest has that is required to feel at homeThank you"

"This is a great spot with a cool design aesthetic. It was just enough space for me, my husband and dog. So many places I’ve stayed have an abundance of “stuff” and things can be hard to find. The love shack had just enough of everything and it felt like an actual home. Place was super clean and the location is great. Communication was easy and straightforward"

"This was a great cabin property that is walking distance from a winery - but was for me even greater for allowing quick access to Ohiopyle (hiking) and Morgantown (WVU graduation weekend at a very affordable rate). The cabin was clean and well-maintained, the decks were very nice for enjoying the peaceful creek below. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the home felt very safe - I’d definitely stay again in the future. "

"The cabin was easy to find based on the directions given and photos of the cabin. It was very clean inside and pretty spacious in the main bedroom, kitchen, and living room. The firepit was very nice and so was the hot tub. Overall perfect for what we needed. The price for one night was a little steep for a cabin in a remote area in my opinion even though everything was great, that is the only reason for four stars instead of five! "

"This place was great, very cozy atmosphere. Really like the seclusion. Lots of outside activities close by and the Jacuzzi was a great perk. Certainly would return and would definitely recommend."

"Not far from the main road and surprisingly close to the town and ski resort, while at the property you feel entirely secluded and away from civilization. The main living and dining area is great for everyone to spend time together with a fire going while the bedrooms are tucked away for good privacy. The wrap around deck would be a great place to lounge in summer, and the fire pit would be similarly nice on summer and fall evenings."

"This was my first time staying with VRBO. It was a million dollar view. There were just a few minor things that were mentioned before on other reviews that were not taken care of such as the hole in the master bedroom door, the smell of sewage in the kitchen the garbage disposal area, and also the stairs down to the dock area didn't seem too stable. I would have liked to have seen the fountain on but I do realize it's earlier in the year. The owners may want to change the curtains because not...

"Last minute trip to get away for some weekend fun. Weather was cold and rainy, and I spent an evening in the hospital after getting knocked out whitewater rafting. Not my idea of fun. However, the cabin, ambience, hospitality, and friendly community made this one of my favorites of all time. My bird dogs also had the time of their lives!!!"

"The Treehouse is magical and so fun! Every touch was enchanting and our family especially loved searching for gnomes on the private hike around the property. We came through the area for 2 nights on our way to visit Washington DC. We hiked and explored Ohiopyle including a rafting trip and visiting Falling Waters. Loved our time! "
