"The first room that we got was a suite so there was a couch in the room, upon entering the room it felt off. Maybe like there was furniture missing. The furniture wasn't in the proper place, lined up with the artwork, it looked funny. But also there was a rip in the couch and it was stained. One of the curtains was broken, the lamp shade was broken. We had a wonderful stay here last year but this year it felt a little gross. I am not sure if management changed or anything, I am just surprised by...

"No pool - but you can use the pool at the hotel next door. Our stay was excellent, and exceeded our expectations. The staff especially should be commended on their friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile. Very happy!"

"Maintenance needs improvement. Lights needed to be replaced in our room, the fan was not working and the stopper in the sink needed to be fixed. For what we paid, these items should have been done before we arrived. The cleaning staff should check all items in the room before leaving and making ready for the next customer. The hotel did move us to another room which we appreciated, but inconvenient as we had to pack all items up again after unloading."

"We were from out of town didn’t arrive to the hotel until Tuesday morning. On Friday morning I received a call from the Gm Kim telling me she was putting my family out due to the smell of smoke in the room that’s been coming from the second floor since Monday. I assured her we didnt smoke in the room that wasn’t our floor and we didn’t arrive until Tuesday. The way this women was speaking to me as a customer was disrespectful and uncalled for and If that was the case why are you waiting until...

"It was an affordable option in a good location but the floors weren’t fully attached to the ground and the walls were so thin. There were a lot of signs saying that it’s not the hotel’s fault if your stuff gets stolen which did worry me I won’t lie. I also kinda wish the rooms had more amenities like a minifridge or a microwave. Would’ve been super helpful. Overall, it’s not the worst place to stay, but it’s definitely not the best."

"Had an asthma attack as soon as I stepped in the hotel! It’s truly smoked out. We got a non smoking room and it still reeked of smoke. I would not stay there again for free. "
